Another bike commuter myself. I ride on a recycled peugot frame with custom hand-built rear wheel with 3 speed internal hub. I do about 6 miles each way to work everyday, rain or snow! So I guess its about 50-60 miles a week. I'll start running in the forest again now that the ice here is melting.
